We offer " at cost " delivery on the goods purchased, either by post, Overnight Parcel service, or Palletline.
Post:
Indicated for small, light items such as books, bamboo water spouts, bonsai tools, etc. We send goods by recorded delivery and charge a small fee for packaging.
Overnight parcel service:
Used for goods that are too big or heavy to send by post.
Ideal for bamboo poles, trellis panels, screen materials, etc.
A sliding scale of charges apply according to the weight of the parcel. Parcels are restricted to a maximum length of 2.50 meters.
We can send up to 20kg for £12.
Every additional kilo costs £0.30p.
Palletline service: ( Conditions apply for vehicle access )
Indicated for large, heavy goods that can be transported on a pallet.
Up to 1000kg can be delivered on a single FULL pallet , such as aggregate in bulk bags, rock, granite products.
Please note that most of our deliveries are made on QUARTER pallets and HALF pallets at substantially reduced rates. For example, a Quarter pallet with granite lantern and water basin would cost around £35 to most postcodes in England.
Please call us for an accurate delivery charge based on the goods you are considering purchasing.Charges shown below are based on postcodes, and for each FULL pallet delivered.
This image shows the size of vehicle that will deliver your pallet; please ensure that you have suitable access. Goods are off-loaded from the rear Tail-platform on a manual pallet trolley which can only manouver on hard surfaces. This independent haulage company is contracted to deliver to kerb side only. If in doubt, please check with us before contracting this service.
