We offer " at cost " delivery on the goods purchased, either by post, Overnight Parcel service, or Palletline.
Post: Indicated for small, light items such as books, bamboo water spouts, bonsai tools, etc. We send goods by recorded delivery and charge a small fee for packaging.
Overnight parcel service: Used for goods that are too big or heavy to send by post. Ideal for bamboo poles, trellis panels, screen materials, etc.
A sliding scale of charges apply according to the weight of the parcel. Parcels are restricted to a maximum length of 2.50 meters.
We can send up to 20kg for £12.
Every additional kilo costs £0.30p.
Palletline service: ( Conditions apply for vehicle access ) Indicated for large, heavy goods that can be transported on a pallet. Up to 1000kg can be delivered on a single pallet, such as aggregate in bulk bags, rock, granite products.
Charges are based on postcodes, and for each pallet delivered
This image shows the size of vehicle that will deliver your pallet; please ensure that you have suitable access. Goods are off-loaded from the rear Tail-platform on a manual pallet trolley which can only manouver on hard surfaces. If in doubt, please check with us before contracting this service.
International delivery: We can arrange shipping anywhere in the world; please contact us with your enquiry and we will quote you the delivery costs.
