Pergoda lanterns, hand carved from natural silver grey granite in 13 pieces, are the most impressive of all Japanese lanterns. These lanterns are also known by the name Go Ju No Tou and represent traditional Pergoda Temples with tiered roofs. They always feature 5 intricately carved light boxes and 5 elegant roofs, all carved to the most exacting standards. Despite their height and total weight, they are very easy to handle as none of the individual pieces is heavy.
