125 Acer pal Tsuma Gaki

Only 1 left in stock

Acer palmatum Tsuma Gaki produces soft yellow leaves that at first appear to be dropping from the branches. The outer edges of the leaves are tinted a purple-red shade creating attractive and distinctive leaves. During the summer months, the leaves become dark green, still a contrast to the edge of the leaves. In Autumn the leaves turn to crimson-red tones before falling off in winter.

Acer palmatum Tsuma Gaki does not grow higher than 3m tall usually and spreads outwards to create a well-rounded tree, suitable as a specimen tree or part of a border.

Acer palmatum Tsuma Gaki grows well in partial shade or full sun, although full sun can cause leaf scorch. Japanese maples do not like to be dry or waterlogged, they thrive best when the soil around is kept moist.

The pictures represent the exact tree you would receive and it’s current size is approximately 90cm tall* with 100cm spread.
