Description
Fargesia bamboo is very hardy and grows well in the UK climate.
Fargesia Eike has dark green leaves and can grow up to 2.5 tall and spread. Often used as a good privacy screen. This bamboo is not known to invasive.
Fargesia Rufa has green leaves and can grow up to 3 m in height and 1.5m spread. Not an invasive bamboo.

- Soil type: Moist but well-drained, chalk, loam, sandy.
- Plant care: Does not usually requite pruning. Remove any damaged stems. For pruning we recommend using Okatsune secateurs.
