Description
Our Shin-style Path Detail Square is made from Dark Grey Granite paving, pre-cut to form an interesting geometric pattern. It can be used at the start of a pathway, or throughout a path to create a feature at a gate, level change, change in direction or where different pathway materials meet.
The term Shin-style refers to the more formal and structured approach to Japanese garden design, with clearly defined lines, shapes and carefully considered proportions. This square path detail provides a simple way to introduce this style into a Japanese-inspired pathway, while the natural variation in the granite keeps the overall appearance from feeling too rigid.
Slab thickness 20mm. Pattern is made up of 5 pieces.
Including a gap for grouting of 1-1.5cm the total path detail covers approx. 90cm x 90cm.
